Tanker disabled in Bosphorus

Product tanker ATOLL suffered steering failure while transiting Bosphorus in southern direction near 15 July Martyrs Bridge, early in the morning Mar 12. Tanker dropped anchor, Istanbul Traffic Control Center tugs responded, a tanker was taken under control, completed transit and moved to Ahırkapı anchorage, Istanbul, Marmara sea. She’s in load, en route from Tuapse Russia.
