MSC Technology India has twice been named ‘Best Employer’ 2019, winning awards for both India and the Indian state of Tamil Nadu.
MSC Technology India, a subsidiary of MSC Mediterranean Shipping Company, is extremely proud to have won the ‘National Best Employer Brand Award’ 2019 at the 28th World HRD Congress in Mumbai held in February 2020.

This major human resource development and management event attracted more than 2,500 professionals from 133 countries.

Created in 2007 MSC Technology provides exclusive IT solutions to MSC and employs today more than 700 technology professionals in India and in the USA.

The jury made the award to MSC Technology India following extensive research into the contending organisations’ strengths as best-practice employers of choice, their change and talent management performance, among other factors.

This recognition comes just after MSC Technology India won the ‘Tamil Nadu Best Employer Brand Award’ 2019 for the second consecutive year. The awards ceremony was held in Chennai, capital of the state of Tamil Nadu, and was organised by the World HRD Congress. This recognises MSC Technology India’s achievements in developing employees and skills, and encouraging teamwork so that everyone reaches their full potential.

André Simha, Global Chief Digital & Information Officer at MSC’s headquarters in Geneva, comments: “These recognitions mean a lot to everybody at MSC Technology India where our people constantly strive to make a difference. As a company which cares deeply about its people, MSC is not only dedicated to recruiting the right candidates for the right roles, we are committed to helping everybody in our teams progress their careers in line with their own goals and aspirations.”

“On a management level, our leadership team is made up of experienced individuals who have exceptional insight in their field and who are also mentors to our talented younger staff as they develop their career paths.” he adds.
