Organisations : The IAPH Day on 17 March

18shortlisted projects (three for each of the six categories) selected by the jury will then be presented for online public voting,

From this year onward, it is possible to register for the full three day conference, including the IAPH working sessions on Tuesday, or just register for the Wednesday-Thursday conference days.

Of course, we recommend that you go for the full experience! On Tuesday morning we will have a full session of the IAPH Women’s Forum, which will be assessing the first results of the Women in Ports Mentoring Programme and discuss other initiatives to promote diversity in the port sector. In the afternoon, three parallel technical sessions are planned that will go in-depth in some of the leadership issues IAPH is pursuing under the umbrella of the World Ports Sustainability Program, including energy transition, automation and digitalisation. The IAPH Day will give you the opportunity to interact

with members of the IAPH Technical Committees and share knowledge and experience.

Final longlist IAPH Sustainability Awards published
The IAPH World Ports Sustainability Program (WPSP) announces a total of 45 eligible projects submitted as candidates for the 2020 WPSP Awards. These have been submitted by IAPH members, and will now be carefully analysed and ranked by the selected jury members representing the maritime industry, who will define the three best scoring projects per category. The emerging total of 18 shortlisted projects (three for each of the six categories) selected by the jury will then be presented for online public voting, whose votes will contribute to 30% of the overall evaluation. Voting will open on the WPSP website from 17 February to 2 March. The six winners (one for each thematic category) will then be announced during the World Ports Conference Gala Dinner, on 18 March 2020. A list of projects by category with links to additional information about each project can be found here.
