Human Rights at Sea : welcomes Martyn Illingworth a new Head of Operations

London. UK. Human Rights at Sea is delighted to welcome Martyn Illingworth into the role of Head of Operations and Development. Martyn will lead on the implementation of our ambitious strategy, as we grow our organization and our impact. He joins us from a background in management in the civil and public sectors where he has worked for NGOs, governments, and UN agencies.
