General cargo ship aground in Oslo Fjord

General cargo ship FEED RANA ran aground south of Fredrikstad, Norway, Skagerrak, at around 1030 UTC Mar 30, while en route from Sarpsborg to Rissa, both Norway. Seemingly, the ship strayed off the fairway. No leak was reported, a refloating plan was agreed upon by Oslo Fjord Traffic Control Center and the ship’s manager. FEED RANA is in ballast.
