LONDON: Greetings from our delegation participating in the Sub-Committee on Navigation, Communications and Search and Rescue (NCSR). This is the first meeting of the International Maritime Organization‘s 2020 meeting season. In the NCSR Sub-Committee, countries work together to enhance maritime safety through safe navigation, reliable communications and improved coordination of search and rescue operations.
