II PANAMA FLAG IS OFFERING BIG INCENTIVES FOR SHIPS WITH CLEAN PORT STATE HISTORY WITH UP TO 15% OFF ON ANNUAL FEES II The Maritime Authority of Panama, through the General Directorate of the Merchant Marine, will grant NO PORT STATE CONTROL DETENTION DISCOUNTS to Vessels presenting evidence that in the period of twentyfour (24) consecutive months immediately preceding the date of the request, the vessel has not been detained because of a Port State Control Inspection of MOUs (proof must be submitted). This evidence could be a certification issued by the DGMM. This discount will not be granted to MODU or other ships that do not navigate between ports.
