Disabled cargo ship drifted dangerously close to shore, Bosphorus

General cargo ship MEDKON MRA suffered engine failure while transiting Bosphorus in southern direction, in front of Vanikoy, in the afternoon Oct 30, en route from Ukraine to Turkey. The ship started to drift, and reportedly, was stopped being dangerously close to the shore. Later the ship completed transit, not clear if on tow or under own power, and anchored at Ahirkapi anchorage.
