Container ship emergency anchoring in Scheldt mouth, medevac, Netherlands

Container ship POLAR ECUADOR requested medical assistance and had to anchor in front of Vlissingen, Scheldt mouth, Netherlands, in the morning Feb 5, while sailing towards the port of destination Antwerp, on arrival from Colon, Panama. The injured crew was airlifted by helicopter and transferred to hospital, condition unknown.
