Panama’s Ministry of Health first affirmative response for a safe crew disembarkation of two vessels anchored in the Panama Bay since the Covid 19 shut down, handled by our WISTA Panama board member Ms. Gianela Rivas.
In wake of the Covid 19 shut down, vessels along with their crews, anchored in the Panama Bay, were also required to shelter in place. On behalf of myself, MOSCOSO & Partners and as a proud member of WISTA Panama, I want to express our satisfaction with the recent decision from the Ministry of Health, in response to our request filed for a safe crew disembarkation for these two vessels anchored in the Panama Bay for over a month
Once more, Panama demonstrates its commitment to the International Maritime Community, clearly showing that being the leader in ship registrations is not just a title, but a responsibility it steadily assumes with determination.
I’m also proud of following our humanitarian values, so we could contribute to this important achievement. Clearly when there is a team effort from government authorities and private parties, along with open and transparent dialog, you can find the correct solutions specially in this case that involves protecting the dignity of the human spirit.
Once more, Panama demonstrates its commitment to the international maritime community, highlighting that being the leader in ship registrations is not only a title, but a responsibility that it steadily assumes with determination.
For which I express my satisfaction upon the recent decision from the Ministry of Health in response to my request filed on April 30 for a safe crew disembarkation of two vessels anchored in the Panama Bay as of one month ago.
At the same time, I am proud that, following my values, I could contribute to this important achievement. It is clear that when there is a team effort, from government authorities and private parties, with an open and transparent communication line, bringing to light, in this particular case, the wellbeing of human beings, you can find the correct solutions
